At the very heart of our process is our dedicated wire & cable termination department, staffed by some of the most experienced technicians we have, and kitted out with some of the world’s best wire & cable cutting and termination machinery.
We have a battalion of 10 electric / pneumatic crimping machines! this helps us achieve a fast yet high quality level of service.
Not just a crimping machine, some of our machines incorporate in process crimp force analysis equipment, which will automatically reject incorrectly terminated crimps.
Greenstock are able to offer bespoke wire and cable harness solutions at a fast pace with huge accuracy due to our recently upgraded machinery. We cut cable as small as 30 AWG (0.05 m2) up to 10 mm2 thick (AWG 8). Crimping Standard to IPC class 3, best in class, we also have our own IPC Certified in house trainer to keep our staff fresh and full of the correct and up to date knowledge.
We maintain the highest level of quality assurance using microscopic visual analysis, crimp force and crimp height analysis techniques.
