Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact Customer Services on +44 (0) 845 25 70 444 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm GMT Monday to Friday or by email at info@greenstock.co.uk who will arrange a full refund of your purchase price, within a maximum of 30 days, subject to the following:-

a You must notify us of your wish to cancel within 7 days of receipt of delivery of the goods purchased.
b You must return the goods unused and in good condition in their original packaging.
c You are responsible for the return carriage costs.
